Adding/Changing Forms to a Video

Users: Administrator, Educator, Learner

Forms are created by the Administrator or Educator of your organization.

The following steps describe how to change or set a default Form on a video.

1. Single click on a video from the Video List.
2. Click the Gear icon and select Edit Video Details.

3. Click dropdown lists from Select a Form Category/Select Primary Form for This Video.

4. Click the Form you want to apply to the video.

5. Click Save.
