The following steps describe how to restart the upload. 

1. Check WIFI connection

Make sure you have a good WiFi connection on your iPad.

2. Pull down on the video list to refresh

3. Restart the app

If pull down to refresh doesn't restart the app. Exit the app completely and re-launch it. This often resolves the issue.
